Delivery Questions

What method of shipping do you use?  Australia Post is utilised for shipping goods on your behalf.

Is pick up available? Pick up is only extended when items are of a very large or bulky nature and they are impractical to ship, otherwise all items are shipped.

How long before I get my item?  This varies with what you have ordered. Parts are shipped same (if not next) business day from when we can verify your payment. Laptops are shipped off within a few business days from when we can verify your payment. Computer systems are predominantly built to order and take a further 3-5 business days from when we can verify your payment. This does not include the shipping time by Australia Post to your location. Please remember that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

I am in a location you don't ship to can I bid? Sorry, we will only ship to the locations we advertise.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept? On the left, there is a link titled "Payment Methods". Please click on the link and the appropriate information will be listed.

I only have a credit card, can I pay with it? We do not accept credit card payments directly. However,  You are able to walk into a branch of our bank and ask them to withdraw the funds from your credit card (if your card allows advances) and deposit into our bank account. For amounts under $250, paypal is available if offered in the listing, but you need to have a verified account and confirmed address.

Can I pay cash on pick up? For security reasons, we limit cash transactions on our premises to amounts under AUD$150.

Can I have longer than 5 days to pay? In many instances we will accommodated a longer time frame to pay if you have sought approval prior to bidding/making an offer to purchase. If you send us an email with the time frame you require, we will respond accordingly. Generally we will extend time frames with a small deposit and a commitment to pay within a certain time but goods are not shipped until paid in full.

What if I have purchased and changed my mind? Cancellations are subject to a cancellation and administration fee as outlined in our terms of sale. Bidding or ending a listing of ours denies us the opportunity to sell the item on the given day or at a given time to someone else and Ebay does not refund us with the actual advertising fees.

I have won the item what do I do next? Complete checkout! All you have to do is go into your "My Ebay", click on "Won" in the left column. There will be a drop down box with "pay now" of which the next (when dropped down) is request total and click that. You then just click the big radio button which reads "request total from seller" on the next page. Alternatively, clicking pay now essentially achieves the same result. Once we get the request, we will reply within 24 hours with relevant details.
